The Eudaimonia Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building low-barrier, culturally relevant pathways to mental health: from cosplay-informed healing theory and community-driven volunteering to digital platforms that make everyday care visible, social, and sustainable.
Built for busy students, working creatives, caregivers, and fans, our programs meet people where they already are—online, at conventions, in community spaces—and invite them into small, doable actions that add up to real wellbeing impact.
Each initiative activates a different doorway into mental health—from narrative, to service, to travel, to digital storytelling—so that more people can see themselves in the healing journey.

An emerging framework that uses cosplay, role-play, and fandom worlds as tools for practicing resilience, identity repair, and safer emotional expression.

A storytelling project that follows real people as they navigate care systems, stigma, and support—reshaping how we talk about mental health in public life.

A volunteer pathway that trains and supports people to offer practical, relational, and event-based care in their own communities and fandom spaces.

A travel-based healing model that pairs reflective itineraries with community support, helping people integrate rest, play, and processing into the places they visit.

A digital platform featuring short-form series, conversations, and live streams that make mental health skills feel social, creative, and repeatable.
Explore selected talks, clips from “What’s Your Mental Health,” and Eudaimonia TV episodes that highlight how small, repeatable practices—checking in, sharing tools, designing safer events—can shift mental health outcomes over time.
Every contribution—whether financial, relational, or logistical—helps us prototype practical models of care and share them with communities that rarely see themselves in traditional mental health narratives.
